We ship worldwide — except for Germany. Orders dispatch within 12–24 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding Swedish public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
Total delivery to the US and Canada is typically 2–3 business days including handling. We ship from Sweden. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is on its way.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout or clearly shown on the product page. If there’s a promotion, you’ll see it — no surprises.

1) PostNord (Delivered Duties Paid – DDP)
For orders shipped with PostNord, all customs duties and import taxes are included at checkout. There will be no additional fees on delivery.
2) UPS (Delivered Duties Unpaid – DDU)
For orders shipped with UPS, customs duties and local sales tax are not included at checkout.
USA: From August 29, 2025, orders may be subject to duties & sales tax.
Typical example: USD 3–8 on a USD 48 order (plus USD 14 shipping).
If applicable, UPS will contact you directly to settle payment before delivery.
Other regions: Import duties/taxes may apply based on local regulations.
Customers are responsible for these charges.
Refused packages
If duties/taxes are not paid and the package is returned, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
We use trusted carriers (PostNord, DHL, UPS) depending on your location. Delivery terms follow each carrier’s guidelines.
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your package has been dispatched, so you can follow its progress until delivery.
If your package arrives damaged or something’s off, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@drye.se. While we can’t control external delays (weather, strikes, etc.), we’ll always do our part to resolve issues quickly.
